Job Description

Join Electra's Customer Experience Team and make a real impact!  We're looking for a Customer Experience Representative to deliver outstanding service to our customers.  This fixed-term role (until 8 December 2025) is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, a passion for customer service and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.

In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, support internal teams with accurate data entry, and help ensure a seamless customer experience.  If you thrive in a role that supports your community and you enjoy problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you!

This position is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience for Electra's customers by providing high quality customer care and response services.  This role supports Electra's strategic goal of operational excellence by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring Electra's reputation as a trusted and integrity-driven service provider continues to grow. 

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Minimum two years in customer service position.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Previous experience in a call centre operation.

Desirable

  • Experience in the Electricity Distribution Sector
