The Role
We’re looking for an Underground Supervisor to lead a skilled team delivering underground network services across the Electra region.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine your technical cable jointing expertise with practical people leadership, making sure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

- Scoping and scheduling work across maintenance, repairs, and new connections
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting your team
- Coordinating contractors and day-to-day delivery
- Managing budgets, reporting, and performance
- Setting the standard for safety, quality, and professionalism
