Job Description
The Role
We are looking for a qualified Utility Arborist to join our field team and play a key role in keeping our electricity network safe and reliable.
This is a hands‑on, outdoor role where you will be working in the field every day, executing tree care and maintenance around the network and its assets. You will be climbing, pruning and removing trees, responding to faults and storm events, and working closely with network teams to keep the power on for our communities.

The work you will do
Executing tree care and maintenance around live electricity networks Working safely alongside your team and other field employees
Responding to urgent vegetation hazards and storm damage
Keeping tools, vehicles, and work sites safe, tidy, and well maintained
Being part of a supportive team that provides on‑call support when required
Desired Skills and Experience
What you bring to the team
National Certificate in Horticulture (Arboriculture) Level 4
Utility Arborist Level 3
Proven experience around live electricity networks
Strong focus on safety and practical problem-solving
Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
Full Class one and two drivers licence
