Job Description

This is a pivotal role that acts as the link between project managers, supervisors, service delivery teams, and finance, ensuring work progresses efficiently from initiation through to completion.

Working alongside project managers and operational teams, you will take ownership of the coordination and administration that underpins successful project delivery. From project setup through to completion, you will ensure information, documentation, financials, and reporting are accurate, up to date, and proactively managed.

This is an opportunity to contribute to projects that support critical electricity infrastructure and help keep our communities connected.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Coordinating project administration and documentation
  • Supporting project financial management and reporting
  • Maintaining accurate project records and systems
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure projects progress efficiently
  • Monitoring project milestones, actions, and deliverables
  • Providing proactive support to Project Managers and operational teams

Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in a project coordination, administration, finance administration, or support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Sound financial acumen and experience using Business Central or a similar accounting systems as well as the MS Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Experience within the electricity, utilities, infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors would be advantageous, as would a relevant qualification in business, administration, finance, or project management.
